Before starting The HR Blueprint consulting firm, Sara worked as an HR executive in small, medium and large organizations, where she specialized in human resource strategy, talent acquisition and retention, full life-cycle operations, talent and performance management initiatives, employee relations, training, and more. Serving as a critical member of the Executive team, Sara demonstrated the keen ability to develop partnerships and gain the trust of employees at all levels within the organizations she has worked. This enabled her to effectively transform and elevate the HR functions.
In her 23-year HR career, her experience expands various industries including advertising, energy sector, internet, financial services, management consulting, etc., where her positions were within in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Sara’s experience spans organizations with both sophisticated HR functions looking to elevate their offerings, to those that are building an effective program from the ground-up. She’s proven to be versatile, flexible and dependable, tailoring her work to the needs of the organization.
Sara has a deep belief in the value and impact of training, learning and education. In addition to her Bachelors in Psychology, Sara also holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology and HR Management, she’s a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). Sara is also a Certified Program Manager and Trainer for the Targeted Selection Behavioral Interview Technique through Development Dimensions International (DDI). She holds a Diversity and Inclusion for HR certificate through Cornell, and is pursuing her PMP certification and is working to complete Certified Professional Talent Development (CPTD) coursework.
Sara is a native New Yorker and moved to Atlanta in 2017, where she lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, reading, photography, volunteering and attending sporting events that her children participate in.
