HR Strategy
At HRBP, we believe that people are the most valuable asset to all organizations. Talent Acquisition
We are your vital recruiting department, here when you need us. We can quickly respond to your hiring goals with quality candidates who meet your job requirements. Through our recruiting services, we can conduct the search from start to finish by utilizing various job boards. We can source and screen candidates, manage the interview process, and handle offer negotiations. We offer training that educates your staff on effective and legal interview and documentation techniques. We are also available to implement a recruitment program and process that meets the EEOC requirements under Affirmative Action.
HR Operations
Together, we'll navigate the intricacies of the employer-employee relationship to ensure smooth operations and a positive, engaged work environment. Seamless processes ensure companies meet their legal obligations, and HRBP can assist with this from the beginning to the end of the employee life-cycle.

Talent Management

We also train and coach leaders on holding difficult conversations, whether it’s for a performance review, or linked to a new/ongoing Employee Relations (ER) issue. HRBP can handle ER issues, conduct investigations and train/advise on proper documentation.
